It’s that time of the year again when we welcome back the start of London Fashion Week, and it’s become customary for latex fashion to play a key role in the progression of fashion norms. This trend certainly started off with a bang as latex was featured from the start, during the opening party in the capital on Friday.

Whilst brands such as Shokushu Boutique will present their new collections (more on this from Latex24/7 soon!) during the prestigious five day event, it was up to celebrity favourite Atsuko Kudo to showcase the shine during the opening night party. Held at The Cinema at Selfridges, model, writer & founder of Squish Beauty, Charli Howard and Co-Founder of Hunza G, Georgiana Huddart both took to their Instagram profiles to show off their incredible ensembles.
Charli Howard graced the party wearing Atsuko Kudos Alejandra Dress, in all black, which was also recently worn by rising star Stefanie Martini. Howard, now clearly a huge fan of AK after wearing their designs at previous events such as last years Brits, Charli Howard Extends Her Love of Atsuko Kudo Latex at Fashion Awards and GQ Men of the Year Awards, oozed elegance and confidence as she wore the midi dress, which features a v shaped neckline, a built in waspie to help create a perfect cinched in waist thanks to its structured boning.
Georgiana Huddart, co-founder of Hunza G, opted for a versatile Paris Cup top and jeans for the London Fashion Week opener, proving that latex fashion can be dressed both up and down. The top features Atsuko Kudo’s unique curved cup design to create stunning shape.
