THAT latex dress, which was a regular feature on catwalks and celebrity appearances in late 2021 and throughout 2022, refuses to be resigned to the annals of history as it made a second appearance on tropical ITV series Love Island, this time worn by series thirteen contestant Mica Harris.

The turquoise dress, which was revealed as part of the Versace Spring Summer 2022 collection, was first featured on the television series back in 2023, that time worn by Tanyel Revan. During the same time, the Medusa dress became a staple for celebrities including Kate Beckinsale, Hailey Bieber, Shakira, Tamannaah Bhatia, Amelia Hamlin and Joey King.
As part of the “pre-loved” collaboration with online shopping and auction site eBay UK, which showcases second hand clothing and aims to outfit Islanders with used clothing. Mica looked in total comfort wearing the latex dress as the Love Island star accessorised with a pair of clear heels.
The pastel-blue latex mini dress, which comes complete with gold buckled straps featuring the iconic Versace logo, made a further appearance from the “pre-loved” wardrobe and we can’t think of a better example of a dress which should be exhibited by as many folks as possible.
