It wouldn’t be an awards ceremony without a sample of shine and this years British Fashion Council fashion awards were no different as musician Chloe Bailey attended in a stunning full-length latex outfit.

We’re used to see one half of sister duo Chloe x Halle, Chloe Bailey, repping the latex clothing trend although LA based Venus Prototype are normally her ‘go to’ designer including her appearances during halloween, at the launch of her debut album and during the BET Awards after party. But it was London based celebrity favourite Atsuko Kudo Latex who took the honour of best dressed Bailey this year as the star stunned on the red carpet appearance.
The latex outfit worn by paired an all black ariel skirt from the designer, which features a dramatic floor skimming fishtail hem and which sits high up on the waist to perfectly contour the waist and hips, whilst accentuating the curves, with the iconic tulip cup corset. The corset featured a contrasting two tone black and red hem, Atsuko Kudo’s famous under-breast wire and full boning which ensured that Chloe Bailey captured all the headlines at the Fashion Awards.
Now a staple favourite to the annual Fashion Awards, latex fashion has become commonplace at the event with celebrities including Charli Howard wearing Atsuko Kudo in 2023 and Georgia May Jagger in Westwood Latex back in 2022. Here’s to that trend continuing!
