Ukranian based latex designer Anoeses recently dropped a surprise new collaboration, and in the process has helped to take the world of latex fashion to a new level of accessibility thanks to the co-operation between two of Kyiv’s most iconic brands.

The new range, labelled SNDCT X ANOESES, is a close collaboration between Anoeses and streetcasual brand SYNDICATE and, whilst these two designers may seem like worlds apart in terms of the apparel they produce, this recent drop is designed to “blur the boundaries between streetstyle and erotic fashion”, as commented by the team responsible at launch.
With a mix of versatile latex fashion garments, which not only combine perfectly with the streetwear from SYNDICATE but would also be just as at home when paired with any casual t-shirt, vest top or trousers. The designs are truly aimed at “those who love the philosophy of personal freedom, frankness, and expression through style”, an ethos which is clear to see with elements such as the unique inclusion of eye-catching zippers on a number of the garments and a looser style than many latex garments. Commenting once more on the launch, the designers noted that they aimed to take “the comfort of urban culture and added sensitivity to it through a semi-transparent mesh, challenging latex and provocative prints. It feels like the most natural habitat for those like you a vibrant big city that never sleeps and loves passionately.”
Anoeses, known widely for their latex dresses, bodysuits stockings and leggings have taken a number of latex staple garments and re-designed them to both compliment and pay homage to a very different, edgy style compared to what we may normally associate with the Kyiv based brand. With items such as a pair of low-waist loose trousers, designed to be suitable for unisex, and featuring multiple functioning zippers which “highlight the gritty, cyberpunk vibes, and a sublime latex cropped bomber jacket which has a loose fit overall, but is tight around the waist, both those new and old to the world of latex fashion are sure to find something of appeal.
In addition, the collaboration between Anoeses and SYNDICATE also features a low-waist latex miniskirt, again with functioning zippers to add that gritty vibe to the item. And no collection would be complete without the ideal latex accessory, a rubber tie which subtly engraved logos of Anoeses and SNDCT.
This collaboration further highlights the adaptability and wide ranging appeal of latex clothing, and the clear innovation of these two Ukranian brands to blend these styles and open up to potential new audiences.
