The brainchild of kink-friendly market Le Boutique Bazaar and online marketplace Charmskool Shop organiser Alexandra Houston, Charmskool House is set to host a one-of-a-kind event on Saturday 14th September 2024, during the prestigious London Fashion Week. Promising to be an unmissable night of art, expression, and inclusivity, this unique and exciting event will take place at an iconic secret (and soon-to-be-demolished) Soho, London location, set across eight spaces on four floors.

This one-off event is inclusive, fetish and sex-positive adjacent, supportive of sex workers, and celebrates people within the kink community. Attendees to Charmskool House can expect a night filled with creativity, expression, and acceptance. Whilst not essential, guests are encouraged to arrive in their Fetish Finery, latex, leather, and other extravagant or provocative fashion is all welcome. The venue’s quirky nature means capacity is limited, so advance booking is highly recommended to ensure a spot at this exclusive gathering.
Taking place from 6:30 pm to midnight at a secret location in Soho, this unique celebration curated by Matt Skully will feature a diverse lineup of artistic performances and exhibitions, creating a vibrant and inclusive space for all attendees.
This exciting event will showcase a range of creative talents, including:
• Photography Exhibition: Featuring captivating erotic works by Darren Black, Jonny Kaye, and Miss Gold
• Play Workshop: A dynamic, interactive, educational talk on the art of spanking led by Sophie Cohen
• Film Screenings: films by Unruly Affair showcasing plus size bodies in kink, No Nothing Inc, and Four Chambers, as well as Lover Cinema, a submission-based project hosted via an open call to the public
• Live Drawing Session: Hosted by the talented Inky Layla, capturing portraits of attendees.
• Flash Tattoos: Available on-site by renowned tattoo artist Dexter Kay, specially designed for the event
• Charmskool Market: Featuring 16 diverse sellers from the Charmskool multi-seller marketplace platform, offering unique and handcrafted items (including toys, art, fetish fashion & accessories). Sellers include The Loussine, Kraken Counter Couture, Haus of Mammilla, Daddy’s Gurl Couture, Eyes Overload, Ada Zanditon, Bound in Leather & Submission, B-DODI, Full Vulgar, Leroy the Label, MANIACC, The Hidery, Kerris Spencer & Broke Boutique
The Venue
The secret Soho location is an icon of the film industry! A list actors have crossed through its doors since it opened, and the finishing touches to many of your favourite blockbuster films and prime-time TV shows will have been done in this space. Many musicians have also recorded in the venue, including greats such as The Rolling Stones, Queen, Pink Floyd, The Bee Gees and even Jimi Hendrix. The space is quirky, unconventional, DIY and artsy, and provides the perfect backdrop for a community of creators, artists and makers.
The building offers a maze-like space on multiple floors, making use of the technical facilities left by its former inhabitants. Expect to find the unexpected, browse a trader’s market in a green screen studio, watch spicy films in the 120 seat cinema, have a drink under a dangling skeleton.
The location is smack bang in the heart of Soho, so attendees will be sure to also enjoy all the energy that a Saturday night in the capital has to bring during London Fashion Week!
