In an homage to the Terry Gilliam movie, Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas, Kourtney took to the casino in the city sporting a new blonde look. The media personality and socialite proving how easy and versatile it is to add latex elements to any outfit as the Kardashian paired a super-cute black latex mini-skirt with a retro Blink 182 t-shirt and black knee-length leather boots.
