Attending the renowned Cannes Film Festival in 2023, actress and activist Shruti Haasan turned attention and sent hearts racing with her gorgeous all-black latex attire. Appearing in several stunning photos from the day, the Indian actress posted from her time at the event whilst in attendance on the French Riviera.

Shruti Haasan was the pinnacle of elegance as she wore the latex outfit which is from Atsuko Kudo Latex. Shruti combined a long-sleeve blouse, which features puffed sleeves and a ‘kitty’ collar with the designers midi-length Alejandra skirt. The choice of outfit once again proving that such classic and elegant attire can easily be elevated to a whole new level when made from latex.
However, Shruti Haasan’s presence at Cannes was more than simply her amazing sense of fashion. She also participated in an occasion called “Activating Change,” which was put on by Breaking Through The Lens. In a roundtable discussion on gender parity, the actress participated and emphasised the value of encouraging storytelling and sisterhood. The May 23rd event had as its main goal raising awareness of the need for equal opportunities and representation in the film business. What better way to make a statement about equality than with a statement choice of outfut from the London based brand!
